YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Sat Mar 14, 2009, 6:33 PM
Sorry I haven't updated this thing; I've been busy with an exchange program to Japan I recently got accepted into. I can hunt down Takahashi Kazuki-sama and get his autograph! ^.^; Okay...maybe not...but a girl can dream, can't she? I spend 4 weeks in Tokyo and another 4 in Hiroshima. Well, actually, I had my choice of city for the last 4 weeks, but Osaka was out 'cause the Yakuza (you know, the Japanese gang members with the full body tattoos and the missing fingers?) is really deep there and with my luck, I end up accidently getting involved with it. Tokyo, for all its sway, is only one piece of the pie and I want to see more of Japan than the front doorstep. Besides, I've got a cousin who teaches English there, which is what I want to do when I graduate college, so...

Also, I have also just regained control of my body after first getting practially mugged by a couple of crazy chicks (both wearing Twilight t-shirts while my jean jacket and backpack has attached to them every last anti-twilight button I have made) who were coming from the movie theater (I can't spell right today)attached to the same building that houses the local Chuck E. Cheese's. (Which says a lot as to the quality of the actual theater, but it has shown a lot of good horror flims and most of the staff can hold up a decent debate without losing it and foaming at the mouth, so I'll let it go) That theater has had Twilight showing since it came out.

Apparently, according to the staff, it made too much money from repeat viewings. However, my cousin who works there said she was going to quit if she had to go another day listening to the rantings of Twilight fangirls screaming over who is hotter, Jacob Black or Edward Cullen. And, my cousin has a baby to look after, so this is saying something. Her last job made her even more prone to hear aforementioned rantings: a desk clerk at Barnes & Nobles. (They have a whole FRICKIN' table display, AND TWO, count 'em, TWO, aisles dedicated to it and other vampire books. I refuse to use the term novels. Good news? "'Salem's lot" by Stephen King hasn't been put in the display. King has his own aisle on the other side of the story next to the manga and History books.)

Wow, I've really gotten off topic, haven't I? Well, to continue, I was going to said theater to met up with said cousin because her shift was getting over soon and (with a bag full of newly purchased manga) we were going to go visit my good friend Mark at the Community Theater where they're now doing a play called 'The Producers' and take in the show with my Thespian Troupe. Anyway, these two girls jumped when I was about half way there and started pulling my hair and punching and *attempting* to kick me. Now, when I feel threatened, I go into survival mode, damn the situation, damn the consequences. However, my reasonable side remained in control until one of the crazies THREW my bag (or attempted to, anyway) of VERY EXPENSIVE JAPANESE COMIC BOOKS into a (I'll admit, rather shallow) puddle of water. (Thankfully however, due to the checkout girl tying the bag in a knot to keep the books from falling out kept them safe. She is my hero to this day.)

Needless to say, I snapped.

Just to let you know, what those two did before that was nothing compared to I did to them. When the police officer managed to pull me off them, the cowards tried to claim I attacked THEM. After a brief arguement, my cousin showed up and managed to smooth things over before I got myself into even worse trouble.

The OTHER (admittedly, the main reason I lost control of my body) thing I have recently recovered from was a horrible, week-long case of the flu. Not fun. I coughed so bad I threw up. The bottom of my nose hurts like you won't believe after all of the blowing I had to do to dislodge the snot. I personally used AT LEAST three Kleenex boxes. I didn't know a person could make that much snot, and, between you and me, it was only of those I didn't really NEED to know.

So...yeah. Also, I have become a member of the following clubs.

:iconantitwilight: :icondevsagainsttwilight:

Kiryu Zero. Kaname Kuran. Aido Hanabusa. Kain Akatsuki. Ichijo Takuma. Shiki Senri.
These are the only vampires I will ever call hot. And THEY DON'T F***ING SPARKLE!
*Vampire Knights = Fanservice for the darker girls.*

There is never any need for regret, because at some point, every thing you did was exactly what you wanted.
